The High-Technology Protection Project
1. This Website is an open effort for the protection of the human rights of defenseless
victims from involuntary microwave and psychotronic attack, organized stalking,
or direct mind control attack of its various forms and to compensate such targets from the associated damage.
2. The Parameters for the Blocking of all the following typically performed Without the Consent of the Individual and in the Absence of
a Court-Order include: ELF used to Interfere with the Normal Patterns of the Human Brain; Modulated Bandwidths of any
Configuration used to Disrupt the Normal Patterns of the Human Brain; Laser-Directed Attacks at Humans; Computerized Sector
Attack on Humans as used in Sophisticated Radar Systems; Testing and Use of Non-Lethal Electronic or Technology-Based
Weapons on the Central Nervous or Circulatory System of Human Targets causing damage or death; Exposure to Non-Ionizing
Radiation from Hostile Sources Targeted at a Human(s); Brain Manipulation from a Distance based on Human Mind Mapping and
the Concomitant Application of Hostile Non-Ionizing Radiation to the Human Brain; Gang Stalking using GPS, Land/Mobile
Surveillance Technology and Tracking Radar Systems; Video Broadcasting of Persons in Private Settings without Permission; and
Thought/Optical Broadcasting and Manipulation of the Human Mind otherwise known as Remote Viewing (RV), Remote Neural
Monitoring (RNM), and/or Electronic Brain Link (EBL); include:
a) Numerous stationary bases placed around the subject, non-invasive to the subject victim;
b) Destructive Interference to wall-penetrating radar and systems, infra-red, and other zero privacy equipment from any location;
c) From direct vertical attack from military, reconnaissance, or other surveillance aircraft and satellites;
d) From specially-equipped passenger vehicles and/or military/surveillance ground vehicles;
e) Coalition of networking volunteers requested for anti-stalking of a target when the subject leaves a residence or location;
f) Neutralization of surveillance devices placed in the home, and/or from direct vision into the home from surveillance technology;
g) Utilization of invisibility techniques to any sensing platform down to the nanotechnology level;
h) Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (0-300Ghz and above).
3. Any organized group is invited to achieve the above results described in 2(a-h) to protect the human rights of a targeted victim.
Compensation from those who perpetrate the abuses described in the opening paragraph of (2) above for the purposes of
human experimentation and control, is a violation of all known human rights treaties and laws.
4. Assistance is welcomed from any location for a collective effort, specifically for the above problem.
Protective technologies, effectively developed or attained, will be freely given and implemented for any bona fide victim.

A united front against open gang stalking and to unethical and needless remote electronic torture of humans is key.

5. High-Level systems capable of eliminating the electronic brain torture, entrainment, gang stalking, mind control, and environmental manipulation are also welcomed from any interested company, group, or individual for testing, analysis, mass production, and
implementation, who is concerned about this cause.
6. Submit a request to your Representatives and Senators for a full vote of Congress to prohibit or regulate the use of Psychotronic
Weapons that are being unconstitutionally used on the Public Sector. This Corporation also accepts limited donations or
contributions to make expenditures to influence Legislation.
Anyone is welcome to contribute to the acquisition or leasing of high end electronic test equipment, to compensate for expert technical assistance or business expenses, or to otherwise support this Corporation in the development and implementation of victim countermeasures.
